Who is responsible

Cyprus4Us is the data controller for information collected through this website. Cyprus4Us is operated as a United Kingdom sole trader business by Craig Hulme, with a correspondence address at Black Horse Chambers, 231 Elliott Street, Manchester M29 8DG (telephone 07742 811800). This notice is written to the standard of the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR.

What we collect

When you request an appointment we ask for your name, email address, optionally a phone number, and anything you choose to tell us about your plans. That's it — this site sets no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies.

How it's used

Your details are used for one purpose: responding to your enquiry and helping you with your property search. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing. Where a developer needs your name to arrange a viewing, we'll tell you first.

Where it lives, and for how long

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify (our website host) and forwarded to our inbox. We keep enquiries for up to twelve months after our last contact with you — long enough to help with a purchase that is still in motion — then delete them, or sooner on request.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you may request a copy of the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and complain to a supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
