Cyprus4Us is an independent property introducer. We introduce buyers to established property developers in Cyprus and coordinate the journey with each developer's on-island representative teams — who host in-person viewings — while we advise, arrange remote viewings and stay your single point of contact. We are not an estate agent licensed in Cyprus, we are not based in Cyprus, and we are not a law firm, tax adviser or immigration adviser.

Project details — including plans, dimensions, specifications, amenities, availability and prices — are supplied by the respective developers, in brochures and live data feeds, and can change or be withdrawn without notice. Computer-generated images are indicative only; view photography may be enhanced and does not guarantee an actual view. Prices exclude VAT unless stated. Always confirm the current position with us, and verify it through your lawyer, before relying on it.

Residency information

References to Cyprus permanent residency describe a route whose criteria are set by the Cyprus Civil Registry and Migration Department, are applied at its discretion and change from time to time. Current criteria are published by the Cyprus government; take independent legal advice on your eligibility before committing to any purchase.
